Support Desk: I have a full team with many coders, support staff, jv manager, etc, who all try and help all customers. We are located all over the world. We work hard. But, we also try and have a normal life. This means we are open Monday – Friday, 9-5 Eastern Standard Time. Thus, if you send in a ticket on Friday at 3 pm, it may not be answered until Monday-Tuesday. You can expect 24-48 hour turn around time on a support ticket.
