I can't log into the website.

Answer: Login details are case sensitive so be sure your caps lock is not on. You created your login and password when you signed up for the site. Check your e-mails for a confirmation of your login details. If you have forgotten your password, you can request it from the login page. If, for some reason, you’re still having issues please submit a ticket.
