I am very happy you have invested in this course. You will not be disappointed, I assure you. Here let us go over some important preliminary issues:
1. Support Desk: I have a full team with many coders, support staff, jv manager, etc, who all try and help all customers. We are located all over the world. We work hard. But, we also try and have a normal life. This means we are open Monday – Friday, 9-5 Eastern Standard Time. Thus, if you send in a ticket on Friday at 3 pm, it may not be answered until Monday-Tuesday.
You can expect 24-48 hour turn around time on a support ticket. For activation keys, these are priority and are usually within the hour… sometimes within 10 minutes if we are online.
